Some of the people I want to invite to my event don't have a computer. Do you offer regular paper invitations as well?
Even though it seems that just about everybody has a computer these days, we have to remember that not everybody does. If you're needing some paper invitations that can be sent to those on yourlist that don't have access to a computer, we have some options that we can look into. Contact us for more information regarding this.
Do I get a proof after I place my order?
Within two business days of placing your order, we automatically send you an online proof - at no additional charge - where you can view your entire slideshow, the CD print, and any other print materials (where applicable) via your computer monitor. You will also be able to click the links on your slideshow presentation to confirm that they are linked to the correct sites. We will not proceed with your order until we receive your final approval via email.
If I see something that I want to change on my proof, can I get it changed?
Yes. We offer one free revision after we send you your first proof. There is a $25 admin fee per additional revision.
When I submit my information for our CD invitations, do you proof for errors?
No, but if we happen to catch something, we’ll bring it to your attention and fix it. Ultimately, we cannot be held responsible for typographical errors, incorrect grammar, etc. We highly recommend that you double-check your information before you send it to us, and double-check it again when you receive your proof.
How long will it take to get my order?
Once you submit your approval to us via email, your customized CD invitations will arrive in approximately two weeks. If you need your CD invitations sooner than that, please contact us to inquire about a rush order and/or expedited shipping options.
Can you ship my CD invitations to P.O. box addresses?
No. Our carriers (UPS and FedEx) cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, only residential and physical business addresses. If you enter a P.O. box during the checkout process, we will contact you to get a physical address, but please know that your order will placed on hold and will not go into production until we get a physical mailing address from you.
Can't I just do these on my own computer and printer?
Yes, but not only would it be much more expensive for you to do it that way, you would also be extremely limited if you tried to go that route. Regarding the printing on the CDs, you would only be limited to printing paper labels on your inkjet or laser printer. The problem with those labels is that they could eventually peel away from the CDs, which would case the CD to get stuck in the CD drive. And although inkjet and laser printers can print high quality pictures, the quality still doesn’t come close to our photo-quality direct-to-disc print (no labels). Additionally, you would need to buy the expensive software that would be necessary to create the slideshow and the links on your CD invitations, not to mention all of the programming that goes with it. And don’t forget the hassle of burning the CDs and packaging them all when you’re done.
