Please note that all transactions are processed through PayPal and Google Checkout, but it is NOT required for you to have an account with either of them to place an order at Forever On CD. If you do not have a PayPal or Google account, you will be given the option to pay for your order with a credit card.
Once you click on the PayPal button below, you will be redirected to PayPal (or Google if you click on the Google Checkout button) and will be prompted to enter your shipping address and payment information. Once your order has been placed, you will be redirected back to the Forever On CD website with instructions on how to submit your pictures (for your custom slideshow) to us.

If we are assisting other customers and you get our voicemail, we ask that you leave a message so that we can return your call immediately to place your order.
